The vector-button can be changed by pressing the small arrow on the bottom right side of the button. This way the button can be used to construct a vector by start- and endpoint (the default), the vector-sum, -difference and the cross-product.
If a value is ’constructed’ with vectors and you would like to have this value as a point, you can select the vector in question and press the point-button. You will then get the vectors tip as a result.
